We have the pleasure to invite you to the General Assembly 2022 which will take place on 21 June 2022 in the Embassy of Belgium, ul. Senatorska 34 in Warsaw.

The doors will be open from 17:30, official start at 18:00.

Each BBC member company can delegate one person. Please, register by filling up the below registration form until June 20, 2022.

If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting in person, you may be represented by another person. In this case please, complete the power of attorney. The Power of Attorney will be collected during registration before the opening of the meeting.

The members of the new BBC board will be chosen this year, so we definitely encourage you to participate and have a contribution to the further development of the Belgian Business Chamber.

• Hearing and approving of the Management Boards’ report on the BBC’s activities for 2021,
• Hearing and approving of the Audit Committee’s report on the results of the audits carried out on the financial report and the Management Board’s report on the BBC’s activities for 2021,
• Approving of the financial report for 2021
• Activity Report for 2021 and upcoming events,
• Open discussion regarding the BBC activities,
• Granting the vote of approval to the Members of the Management Board for the discharge of their duties for 2021,
• Granting the vote of approval to the Members of the Audit Committee for the discharge of their duties for 2020,
