We are pleased to introduce BBC MasterBoost - a new educational initiative by the Belgian Business Chamber, designed for leaders, managers, and professionals who want to strengthen their decision-making and leadership skills in an increasingly complex and volatile business environment.

The first session of the series will take place on 5 February 2026 in a hybrid format (BBC Office / online) and will focus on one of today’s most pressing leadership challenges: setting the right priorities amid uncertainty and constant change.

The workshop, “Pick Your Priorities: Thriving Amid Volatility and Uncertainty,” will be led by Christian Dekoninck, BBC Board Member and Senior Associate at Management Center Europe. Drawing on his extensive international experience working with executive teams, Christian will offer a highly practical perspective on how leaders can maintain strategic focus, make sound decisions, and act effectively in times of pressure and unpredictability.
