Thought as one of the most tasteful events. Our guests had a chance to savour Belgian specialities including mussels and fries accompanied by Belgian beer and chocolate.

Exclusive live cooking gave a unique insight in the techniques of the Belgian cuisine but also was an opportunity to attend cooking workshops. Participation in the event was therefore an excellent opportunity for Belgian and Polish entrepreneurs to present their business activities, establish business contacts and attract new partners and customers.

Live cooking has been performed by Chef Mikołaj Rey, who has Polish roots.

Mikołaj Rey was born in France, raised in a family castle in Montesor, but his heart was Poland ... and Polish. Mikolaj Rey is a lawyer and economist by profession, he is a cook by passion. He lives with his family in Krakow.

Mikołaj Rey was a participant in the first Polish edition of the MasterChef culinary show. A huge production and a clash with the world of media and show business. He did not know about it yet, but it turned out that he was created for this path. Mikołaj Rey became a media star and a favorite of the audience. Since then, every week Discover Secrets Polish cuisine in Dzień dobry TVN. Mikołaj Rey for a real showman: handsome, dynamic, with a sense of humor.

His speciality in the kitchen is joy!

Live cooking show is an opportunity to discover culinary secrets and achieve a brand new recipe by  becoming the Chef’s assistant for an evening. Cooking for him is fun, generosity, nice moments, challenge and life!
