Alides Poland has acquired another plot of land in Warsaw's Wola district

Alides Poland, a Belgian company and proud member of our Chamber, has recently acquired a new plot in Warsaw's Wola district, marking an exciting expansion in its investment portfolio.

With its prime location and excellent connectivity to the city, this newly acquired plot spans a total area of 4,109 square meters in the vibrant Odolany neighborhood. Responding to the growing demand for high-quality developments, this area has witnessed dynamic growth in multifamily housing investments over the past two decades. The plot, with the potential for residential construction, is one of the last remaining properties of its kind in the area.

"It represents a significant step in expanding our presence and portfolio in Warsaw." says
Luiza Grunwald, Project Director at Alides Poland.

An ideal location with outstanding connectivity to the city.

Residents will benefit from a comprehensive public transportation network. The nearest tram and bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away, providing swift connections to the city center and other districts of Warsaw. A tram journey to the Warsaw business district near Rondo Daszyńskiego takes just 12 minutes. Additionally, the closest M2 metro station, "Płocka," can be reached within 10 minutes via bus or tram.
