OKRE by Koramic – The Art of Creating Living Spaces

OKRE by Koramic, a renowned premium real estate developer in Poland, has been creating projects for nearly three decades that combine timeless architecture, respect for the urban context, and a deep concern for residents’ everyday comfort. Operating in Wrocław, Poznań, and Warsaw, the company consistently implements its philosophy of building not only apartments, but complete living environments – harmonious, functional, and beautiful spaces.

Architecture that Builds Relationships

Since 1995, OKRE by Koramic has delivered more than 640 apartments and 18,000 m² of office space, earning recognition from both residents and the architectural community. The developer’s projects stand out for their exceptional ceiling heights of up to 4 meters, wooden windows, and thoughtfully designed layouts in which natural light plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere and spatial experience.[Podział zawijania tekstu]

 - We don’t just build apartments – we create spaces where life feels good. In our projects, everything matters: proportion, detail, light, and the context of place. Architecture only has meaning when it serves people, says Wojciech Konferowicz, Sales and Marketing Director.

Respect for the City, Nature, and History

OKRE by Koramic’s developments embody a responsible approach to the urban fabric. The company carefully adapts building forms to their surroundings, preserving mature trees and natural greenery that not only beautify the landscape but also provide natural buffers, shade, and relaxing outdoor areas for residents.

A key element of the brand’s philosophy is also the revitalization of historic spaces and restoring life to places of cultural and historical significance. Notable examples include the SUDEA project and the development at Księcia Witolda 38/40 in Wrocław - projects that honor architectural heritage while giving it new purpose through contemporary design.

We believe the city is a living organism. That’s why every action we take must make sense – aesthetically, socially, and functionally. Through revitalization, we don’t erase history; we write its next chapter, adds Wojciech Konferowicz.

Art as Part of the Space

Art is an integral part of every OKRE by Koramic project – a dialogue with architecture that infuses each space with emotion and identity.

In Poznań’s Dolna Górna Wilda, this dialogue takes the form of a steel and light installation by Oskar Zięta – light, reflective structures that transform with the time of day, mirroring the city’s rhythm. At Solna 6, art connects with nature – corridors are adorned with wooden bas-reliefs by Tomasz and Monika Trzupków, bringing warmth and tranquility while referencing the building’s façade. In Wrocław’s SUDEA, paintings by Monika Polak, a young artist, enliven the interiors with vibrant colors that interpret the site’s history through the lens of contemporary energy. For OKRE by Koramic, art is not decoration but storytelling – an element that transforms a building into something greater than just an address. It becomes part of the living experience.

Art is, for us, an extension of architecture. It makes a building more than just an address – it turns it into a story, an experience, an emotion, emphasizes Wojciech Konferowicz.

Developments that Define Premium Quality

Among OKRE by Koramic’s flagship developments are Solna 6, Dolna Górna Wilda, Rynek Wildecki, Saperska 30, and Na Skraju Lasu in Poznań; SUDEA, Drukarska 56, Witolda 30/40, and Wyszyńskiego 56 in Wrocław; as well as GreenWings Offices and Grójecka Offices in Warsaw.

Each of these projects represents a premium living environment where quality, architecture, and everyday comfort coexist in perfect balance. OKRE by Koramic’s developments are distinguished by their cohesive design language, timeless elegance, and meticulous attention to detail – from urban planning to interior finishes.

Architecture, Art, and Awards

Art remains a cornerstone of OKRE by Koramic’s philosophy. Each development includes a distinctive artistic accent – subtle yet meaningful – that enriches the environment and transforms the ordinary into the exceptional. The company has received numerous prestigious architectural awards and industry recognitions for quality, urban integration, and durability of its projects.

OKRE by Koramic has been honored with the Architectus Civitatis Nostrae Award from the Mayor of Poznań (“Builder of Our City”) for its Saperska 30 and Rynek Wildecki projects, as well as the Jan Baptysta Quadro Award for the Best Architectural Realization for Rynek Wildecki, and the Lifestyle Award at the Europa Property CEE Retail Real Estate Awards for Solna 6.

In October 2025, the Solna 6 development in Poznań was named Residential Project of the Year at the prestigious CEE Investment Awards, reaffirming OKRE by Koramic’s position as one of Poland’s most respected premium real estate developers.
