We would like to inform all entrepreneurs about the e-delivery system (e-Doreczenia) recently introduced in Poland, which is a significant update for communication with public authorities.
The e-delivery system allows businesses to receive official documents electronically, simplifying and streamlining communication with governmental institutions. This system is now mandatory for all entities that are registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG). It is crucial for entrepreneurs to ensure that they are registered for this service to avoid missing any important notifications or deadlines.
Why is this important?
- The e-delivery system ensures that all official correspondence is sent electronically, speeding up communication and reducing administrative burdens.
- Entrepreneurs will be notified promptly about important documents, ensuring they are always up to date with their obligations.
- The system offers a secure, centralized platform for receiving all notifications from public authorities.
Key Deadlines for Entrepreneurs:
- Entrepreneurs registering after 1st January 2025: Must set up their e-Doręczenia address at the time of business registration.
- Entrepreneurs registered before 1st January 2025:
- If registered in the CEIDG (Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), the address must be set up by 1st October 2026.
- If registered in the KRS (National Court Register), the address must be set up by 1st April 2025.
What is required to set up the e-Doręczenia address?
- You can apply for an e-Doręczenia address via the e-service on Biznes.gov.pl or through the CEIDG or KRS registration system.
- It is important to sign the application with an electronic signature (personal, trusted, or qualified).
Types of Entities that Must Register:
- Entrepreneurs registered in CEIDG (individual businesses, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, etc.).
- Public entities and representatives of public trust professions must apply through a different platform at gov.pl.
We strongly recommend checking detailed information and the registration process on the official government portal: Business.gov.pl.
