In the evening on Wednesday, the 13th of November 2024, will take place the Belgian Business Mixer. 

The traditional and prestigious Belgian Business Mixer - this year themed "Pearls & Flavours" is designed to foster connections among Belgian and international professionals. This exclusive networking event promises an engaging atmosphere where collaboration meets opportunity, creating the perfect platform for attendees to forge valuable business relationships.

Set against the backdrop of one of Warsaw's most esteemed venues, the Weles Bar, the evening will celebrate the essence of the Belgian business community through a delightful array of culinary specialties. Guests can expect to savor classic Belgian treats including world-renowned beer, crispy fries, and mossels, all while enjoying the captivating sounds of Belgian music that will be woven throughout the event.

The theme "Pearls" represents the high caliber of professionals and businesses joining the celebration, while "Flavours" encapsulates the diverse and rich gastronomic traditions of Belgium. This unique blend of networking and culture will provide an enriching experience that goes beyond mere conversation, allowing participants to engage in a meaningful networking. During the event, you will have the opportunity to meet companies from the Proptech trade mission organized by hub.brussels, having arrived from Belgium just the day before!

Moreover, the Chamber is excited to announce that, for the first time ever, it will introduce a lottery, with fabulous prizes generously contributed by our partners, further enhancing the evening's allure. The proceeds from this event will go to support Fundacja Lapigua, a foundation founded by the Belgian citizen Stefanie Bogaerts in Zamość. At the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Stefanie and her family hosted refugees in their home and organized a temporary shelter. Ever since, Lapigua has been working tirelessly to provide short- and long-term support, both for Ukrainian refugees in Poland and for people in need in Ukraine.https://www.lapigua.org/.

19:00 – 19:05 – Open speech by Caroline Teugels, CEO, Simply Kraków, Board Member, Belgian Business Chamber 

19:05 – 19:15 – Welcome speech by Christian Dekoninck, Senior Associate Representing, MCE, Board Member, Belgian Business Chamber 

19:15 – 23:00 – Networking  

21:30 – Lotery. During the event, guests will purchase raffle tickets to support the Foundation, and prizes will be drawn from among the donors 

The proceeds from this event will go to support Fundacja Lapigua, a foundation founded by the Belgian citizen Stefanie Bogaerts in Zamość. Lapigua has been working tirelessly to provide short- and long-term support, both for Ukrainian refugees in Poland and for people in need in Ukraine
