The Talent & Diversity Masterclass will bring together Belgian and Polish business leaders, experts, and institutions to explore how organizations can create more inclusive workplaces, unlock diverse talent, and lead with purpose.

This thought-provoking event will also serve as the potential launch of the BBC Circle: “People & Diversity”, a new platform within the Belgian Business Chamber aimed at fostering ongoing dialogue and action on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

We are pleased to announce that Hedwige Nuyens, Chair of European Women on Boards, will join the panel discussion remotely.

Hedwige Nuyens is the CEO of the International Banking Federation (IBFed), representing  the banking industry worldwide. She is also the Chair of E3G, a London based think tank working on proposals and solutions to address climate change. 

Her pro bono work is dedicated to European Women on Boards, advocating for gender balance in Executive Committees and Boardrooms. Hedwige holds a Faculty of Law and a master's in business administration and finance. She followed Master Classes at INSEAD, Cambridge, MIT and Harvard on AI, Sustainable Finance and Cybersecurity.
