The Whistleblower Protection Act of June 14, 2024, provides that an impartial internal organizational unit or person within the structure of a legal entity is responsible for conducting an investigation following a whistleblower report. Conducting internal investigations involves specific procedural risks, including allegations regarding the impartiality of those conducting them.

During the training, you will learn how to minimize these risks and gain practical know-how on how to conduct and document explanatory actions, including interviews.

The webinar will be led by Attorney Joanna Jasiewicz from the Employment Law Practice of Gide's Warsaw office.
