The Belgian Business Chamber is pleased to invite its Members to a free online webinar organised by UN Global Compact Network Poland, dedicated to the practical implementation of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
As gender equality becomes an increasingly important element of ESG strategies and responsible business management, organisations are looking for practical tools to build more inclusive workplaces and prepare for evolving stakeholder expectations.
During the webinar, experts from UN Global Compact Network Poland will explain how to implement the Women's Empowerment Principles in practice, how to prepare for the WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool, and how to develop effective gender equality policies within organisations.
The webinar will also present the practical benefits of joining the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) – the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, bringing together more than 25,000 companies and organisations in over 160 countries committed to responsible business practices and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Members gain access to international expertise, practical tools, best practices, educational initiatives and opportunities to engage with business leaders, public institutions and sustainability experts.
