BPI Real Estate Poland, a Belgian developer present on the Polish market since 2009, undertakes all its projects with a strong commitment to sustainable development. The company implements eco-friendly solutions in projects in the Tri-City, Wrocław, Poznań, and Warsaw. Bernadovo in Gdynia will be the company’s first project in Poland certified with BREEAM.  

The principles of sustainable development are at the core of BPI Real Estate Poland's business strategy, aligned with the company’s motto, "Urban Shapers." Adhering to ESG principles forms the foundation of every project. BPI Real Estate Poland designs and executes projects with future needs in mind. This year, the company completed three residential projects: Bernadovo in Gdynia, Panoramiqa in Poznań, and Czysta 4 in Wrocław. The Belgian developer focuses on actively shaping urban spaces while respecting the natural environment and ensuring residents' comfort. “We are aware that we face unprecedented environmental and social challenges. According to the company’s plan, BPI Real Estate Poland will continue to expand its premium real estate operations in the coming years, incorporating ESG principles into all its projects. The company is currently preparing to launch additional residential investments in Poland.
