Alides Polska, BBC member, together with a private co-investor, has acquired the historic Fabryka PERUN site in Praga-Południe, a nearly 10,000 m² property with a valid and final building permit for a mixed-use development combining revitalised industrial heritage with modern residential architecture, retail and service units, and underground parking.
This acquisition marks Alides Polska’s sixth investment in Warsaw, underlining the long-term commitment of Belgian investors to the Polish market.
