Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily interaction with customers in Belgium via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: fluent knowledge of French in speech and writing, and knowledge of Flemish (Dutch) at a
    level of free communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
