Key Responsibilities:
- You plan, organize, and execute all our high-quality business and networking events throughout Poland.
- To achieve these objectives coordinate with stakeholders in multiple industry sectors, vendors of services and venues, and manage our sponsors to ensure seamless event.
- As we are expanding our activities, we expect you to develop creative event concepts aligned with the Chamber’s goals.
- You manage the event budgets, make sure timelines are respected, and organize the logistics.
- You evaluate the event’s success and provide actionable feedback to management for improvement.
Qualifications:
- We expect proven experience in event organisation (2 to 3 years) or coordination, or a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
- Experienced in IT solutions for daily tasks, with proficiency in MS Office, Teams, CRM, and Stripe.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, combined with a strong attention for detail and customer expectations.
- Ability to manage and stick to deadlines and of course excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English
