Eco-friendly investments of BPI Real Estate Poland in Poznań

Vilda Park, Panoramiqa, Cavallia are the names of residential projects being developed in Poznań by Belgian developer BPI Real Estate Poland. The developer's investments are distinguished primarily by innovation and attention to urban, architectural, structural, ecological and social detail, in effect creating friendly and harmonious places to live and work. The eco-friendliness is also a common denominator of all Poznań properties developed by BPI Real Estate Poland in the capital of Wielkopolska.

The principles of sustainable development are at the heart of BPI Real Estate Poland's business strategy, and their application is the basis for the execution of every development project in the developer's portfolio. The developments are designed to meet the needs of future residents. “Our projects are built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development that we have adopted, as well as our motto “Urban shapers for good” and our mission to shape urban harmony through inspiring development projects. We are building the cities of the future that will meet the needs not only of the present but also of future generations. Our projects reflect our business strategy. We are building city-forming projects in attractive locations that stand out in the market with thoughtful architecture and various types of solutions in the spirit of sustainable development," said Béranger Dumont, Chief Executive Officer of BPI Real Estate Poland.

Start with the historic fence

The first project completed by BPI Real Estate Poland in Poznań was Vilda Park on Droga Dębińska Street in the Wilda district. The estate is located close to green areas, created for rest and recreation. The project's advantage is its location and the distance of just a 10-minute walk between the Old Town Square, the Main Railway Station, or the Old Brewery.

Vilda Park was the first development to use a variety of environmentally friendly solutions, such as, among other things, green roofs, gardens for growing plants and vegetables, and nesting houses for swifts. On the site there was a historic fence from the interwar period of the 20th century, which was part of the development of entertainment gardens that existed at the time in what is now the Wilda district.

Functionality with a view for residents

Another development that reflects BPI Real Estate Poland's business strategy is Panoramiqa, which is being built in Starołęka in Poznań. The project is being implemented in accordance with the developer's principles of sustainable development and the company's motto "Ubran shapers for good" and mission to shape urban harmony through inspiring development projects.

Panoramiqa's location near the intersection of Hetmańska and Unii Lubelskiej Streets provides excellent connections and access to Poznań’s full retail and service infrastructure.

Panoramiqa comprises two buildings ranging in height from 7 to 17 stories. On the roof of the taller of the two buildings there will be a terrace with a fabulous view of Poznań, available exclusively to residents. The building is planned to include landscaping elements, greenery and a children's playground.

Cavallia - a future-oriented development with a valuable history of Poznań

On a gigantic 5.5 ha site, BPI Real Estate Poland, in a joint venture with Revive, intends to build a modern complex with a truly metropolitan character. This investment project calls for combining residential and commercial functions and revitalizing historical buildings of former military barracks. This concept also calls for planting a large amount of greenery and numerous generally accessible areas for all of the residents of Poznań to be able to use.
