Delegation

EMI Delegation | VIP EXPERIENCE
In May 2026, we will have the pleasure of hosting the EMI Delegation from Brussels.

The visit of the EMI Delegation, scheduled for 11-14 May 2026, will focus on knowledge exchange, business dialogue and exploring cooperation opportunities between Belgian and Polish companies.

Learn More about EMI:
The Executive Master in Real Estate is a part-time training programme of 300 hours (60 credits) in French hosted by UCLouvain Saint-Louis university in Brussels.

It is specifically designed for mid-career and senior professionals with at least three years of work experience who wish to gain a comprehensive overview of the real estate market and related fields (law, finance, taxes, sustainable development, etc.)

The small size of our cohort - limited to 20 students a year - has led to greater exclusivity and a more competitive program in terms of admissions while fostering positive interactions between participants.

Our students have different academic backgrounds, coming from the private and the public sector but are all driven by the same motivation: developing theirs skills and continuing to work efficiently in the real estate industry.

One of EMI's highlights: an immersive week abroad focused on real estate once all courses have been completed. Activities organized on site combine presentations of local real estate markets, networking events, meetings with major players in the sector and public authorities, visits to iconic projects, and hospitality from our academic partners.

Each Year, this unique experience will allow the cohort to discover the real estate specificities of a major European city: Berlin, Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, London…Warsaw has been selected for 2026.

As part of this visit, the Belgian Business Chamber will organise dedicated events involving its members:

An exclusive session for selected BBC Members from the real estate sector. This meeting will create a space for exchange with EMI participants, bringing together professionals with aligned profiles to share perspectives, discuss market insights.

A more informal networking gathering, open to a broader group of participants. This relaxed evening offers the opportunity to connect with the EMI delegation and BBC community in a friendly atmosphere over a Belgian beer.

We encourage you to explore the brochure below presenting the delegation's participants who will be visiting Poland.

We warmly invite our members to take part in the upcoming events.
