The From Virtual to Real Estate conference brings together representatives of companies from the real estate sector active on the Polish market. Due to the epidemic, this year is unlike any other for the construction and real estate industry.
During the conference, experts will discuss the latest trends in the Polish real estate market and share experience about the digital transformation in the construction and real estate industry.
The panel discussion titled “General overview on real estate sector and construction business – COVID 19” will analyse the current and future situation in the real estate sector in Poland in view of the pandemic.
The panel discussion titled “Examples of the digital transformation in the construction and real estate industry” will be a showcase of examples of digitised processes on building sites and construction projects.

During the first panel discussion, the panelists Jeroen van der Toolen (Ghelamco Poland), Olivier Thiel (Immobel), Beranger Dumont (Bpi_realestate) Michał Pszkit (BNP Paribas Real Estate) gave us the first-hand insights and showed us positivism in these challenging times.
We were impressed by the presented case study - Julien vander Straeten (StratoKit) and Bruno Lambrecht (CFE Polska) about the digital transformation.
To the next panel to Bruno and Julien joined Rafał Pietraszkiewicz (Microsoft) and Andrey Klymenko (Reynaers Aluminium Poland) and they showed that digitalisation in real estate and construction market has a huge potential.
