What happens if you hand over the key of an inspiring workplace to artists? In 2023 we invited a selection of emerging artists in our Belgium based studio ‘Le Charbonnage’. Inspired by the industrial coal mining heritage of the city of Genk they each worked for one month on new creations. The way they translated their impressions into artworks was absolutely mesmerizing. We are now excited to share the results from the artists who accepted the challenge and who pushed their own boundaries.
