We are happy to pass on the invitation of CRIDO to join the webinar "HRstacja: what's going on in the labour law?".
Discussions on the EU directive on equality and disclosure of salaries are not waning. More and more employers are already reviewing procedures and implementing proper standards, so we will again lean into the key issues of this regulation. A new, consecutive draft of the whistleblower law has recently emerged. Companies are also considering the possibility and consequences of introducing a 4-day work week in Poland, as the Ministry is already consulting on the issue, and there are plans to submit a bill reducing working hours. There are also important, in the context of HR law, judgments of the CJEU and the Supreme Administrative Court, which may affect the daily life of employers.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of Poland's accession to the European Union. For this reason, we also dedicate our webinar series to summarizing this period - this time we will touch on employment contracts and civil law contracts. Will the latter disappear as the EU forces them to become equal to employment contracts?
Please join us for the HRstacja webinar on Tuesday, i.e. March 26, from 11:00-12:00, during which we will discuss the aforementioned issues.
The webinar will be held in Polish.
