Their experts will discuss the final shape of the Standard Audit File-Tax, otherwise known as the JPK CIT regulation, the challenges associated with it, and share experiences from their ongoing projects.
According to the regulation signed by the Minister of Finance on August 16th, large companies (with revenue exceeding 50 million euros) that start their fiscal year on January 1st will need to submit electronic files compliant with the new schemes for the year 2025. For many organizations, this presents a significant challenge, as it will require not only ensuring accurate and complete data but also adapting IT systems.
