The Belgian Business Chamber has the pleasure to invite you to the webinar organized by Kancelaria Andrzej Lulka i Wspólnicy.
As part of the training, they will share not only their knowledge and experience but also our insights gained from years of cooperation with investors and developers conducting commercial real estate sale/purchase transactions.
In the first part of the training, they will present the structure and types of real estate transactions (asset deal, business deal, share deal), highlight the tax and practical criteria considered when choosing a structure for a given transaction, and discuss the successive stages of executing a real estate sale transaction.
In the second part of the training, they will analyze contract documents (confidentiality agreement, NDA, letter of intent (LOI), preliminary sale agreement, sale agreement). They will cover the range of issues addressed in these agreements, analyze selected contract clauses, and point out what requires special attention. Finally, together with the participants, now rich in knowledge, they will conduct a simulated negotiation of a selected contract clause.
The training is addressed to all those wishing to acquire or expand their knowledge in the broad field of real estate law and M&A. During the training, they will also try to answer your questions and clarify any doubts related to the topics discussed.
