6:00 PM – 6:20 PM: Official welcome and panel discussion "From Lurking Threat to Collaborative Partner: The Role of AI in Today's Business World"

6:20 PM – 8:00 PM: Speed Business Networking

8:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Networking Business Drink

After the welcome speech and a brief panel discussion touching on the role of AI in business, the event will start with a Speed Business Networking which is a series of face-to-face meetings during which you will have the opportunity to briefly introduce your company, talk about the services you offer and/or seek, exchange business cards, make new contacts, acquire new customers, suppliers, investors, etc. Each enrolled participant will be assigned to several groups in which he or she will meet with 9 other participants. A session in each group lasts about 20 minutes. At the end of the session, following the signal, the participant will move to the next group. This is a unique networking formula that allows you to gain many contacts in a short period of time.

This part will be followed by the Networking Business Drink - which will give you the opportunity to continue the conversations initiated during the Speed Business Networking and connect with the other participants. The purpose of Business Mixers is to provide companies with an opportunity to establish new business contacts and strengthen existing ones in a less formal atmosphere.
