On behalf of the International Mediation Centre (MCM), we are pleased to invite you to a meeting dedicated to mediation in the construction sector.
The event will provide an opportunity to discuss the impact of the evolving legal framework on dispute resolution in the construction industry, as well as mediation as an effective tool to reduce risks, costs, and the duration of proceedings.
Will mediation become the new standard for resolving disputes in the construction sector? As of March 1, courts are required to refer such cases to mediation - a change that could significantly shorten and simplify the resolution of complex conflicts.
During the meeting, we will show what these new regulations mean in practice and when mediation can serve as a viable alternative to lengthy court proceedings. It will also be an opportunity to exchange experiences and explore mediation as a business tool.
Although the starting point is the construction sector, the insights and solutions discussed may prove equally valuable for representatives of other industries.
