We are pleased to invite you to a free webinar organised by our member company, Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak (SK&S), dedicated to the upcoming changes affecting civil law contracts and employer compliance obligations.
On 8 July 2026, new regulations concerning the inspection of civil law contracts will come into force.
These changes may significantly affect the way B2B cooperation, mandate contracts and other non-employment arrangements are assessed. Under the new rules, the Polish Labour Inspectorate (PIP) will, among other powers, be able to determine the existence of an employment relationship by administrative decision. At the same time, cooperation between the Labour Inspectorate (PIP), the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the National Revenue Administration (KAS) will be strengthened.
During the webinar, SK&S experts Katarzyna Pikiewicz, Filip Sodulski and Anna Wądołowska-Widurek will discuss:
- the final shape of the new regulations,
- what Labour Inspectorate inspections may look like after the legislative changes,
- when civil law contracts may come under increased scrutiny,
- how to prepare your organisation for an inspection,
- and how Labour Inspectorate findings may translate into risks related to ZUS and the tax authorities.

The webinar will provide practical guidance on the new legal framework, key compliance risks, common red flags and the actions employers should consider implementing before receiving the first inspection notice.
