We are pleased to invite our Members to an event organised by BBC Member, Nexia Advicero, taking place on 25 June 2026 in Warsaw.
We cordially invite you to the in-person event:
Risk-Free Labor Law – A Practical Approach to Compliance
Which will take place on: June 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (including a 30-minute Q&A session).
Location: Warsaw, Świętokrzyska Metro Station
During the event, we will discuss how to build a compliant organization – not only formally, but above all, practically and from a business perspective.
We will discuss the most important obligations of employers related to, among other things, internal regulations and policies, remote work, whistleblowing, anti-harassment, and upcoming changes to pay transparency.
We will also demonstrate the risks that can result from a lack of proper implementation and the solutions that can be implemented today to mitigate employee risks and streamline HR processes within the organization.
The training is intended for employers, HR departments, management staff, managers, and in-house lawyers supporting organizations in the area of labor law.
During the meeting, we will discuss the following topics, among others:
HR and payroll compliance as an element of organizational management
- Why are employees' issues of interest to investors and contractors today?
- Can the lack of appropriate procedures impact the value of a company?
- What risks does outdated employee documentation generate?
- What consequences can a lack of compliance have on a company's reputation?
Employer legal obligations in practice
- What regulations, procedures, and policies should be implemented in an organization?
- How can remote work be properly regulated?

- Are we ready for salary transparency?
Salaries, settlements, and the greatest risk areas
- What payroll errors are most often revealed during audits?
