We would like to invite you to a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Finance within the IGCC Tax and Finance Committee.
The meeting will take place on February 20th (Thursday) at 10:00 AM at the CCIFP headquarters (Al. Jerozolimskie 93, Warsaw).

The event will be conducted in Polish.

The meeting will be attended by:
• Janusz Neneman, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance (TBC);
• Jarosław Szatański, Director of the Department of Income Taxes;
• Łukasz Pepliński, Deputy Director at the Department of Tax System.
The meeting will address the current challenges faced by the economic sector in Poland, along with key topics relevant to foreign investors in the Polish market. Discussions will include:
- Withholding tax.
- Global minimum tax.
- The effectiveness of selected tax solutions, particularly in the context of tightening the tax system:
• Reporting of domestic tax schemes.
• Tax on transferred income.
• Tax aspects of mergers and reorganizations.
• Polish holding company. - The effectiveness and justification of tax disputes initiated by the tax administration when a given issue is consistently and clearly resolved in favor of taxpayers by administrative courts.
- The method of transposing EU tax law into national legislation.
Due to the limited number of spots and in order to ensure participation for all interested companies, including consulting firms, it is proposed to limit attendance to one representative per consulting firm.
