A barometer of office space developers' activity in the capital city.
 
The event will take place on 27th of February 2024, 9:30-13:00 at the headquarters of Deloitte, 22 Jana Pawła II Avenue in Warsaw.

In 2023, the lowest ever volume of office space in Warsaw was delivered, amounting to approximately 61,000 sq m. Developers, on the other hand, were more active compared to 2022 - at the end of Q4 2023, approximately 300,000 sq m of office space was under construction, more than 50% more year-on-year. Last year, only three building permits and not a single WZ decision (development conditions) were issued. In addition, approximately 63 thousand sq m of office space was taken out of use. 
 
After years of intensive development, the Warsaw office market is slowly entering a phase of maturity. On the one hand, we are observing a saturation of the market with new projects, but on the other hand, as a result of the limited supply of available land in central locations and the increase in ESG, the scale of modernisation of ageing buildings has increased. Will the market start to run out of new offices? What plans do developers have in the face of shrinking available land and increasing demands from the ESG area? Will the modernisation of old buildings fill the supply gap?
 
On the occasion of the premiere of the 5th edition of the Deloitte Warsaw Crane Survey 2024 report, we would like to invite you to a meeting during which we will present the most important findings of the report. The presentation will be complemented by a discussion with representatives of leading office developers on the condition of the market, prevailing trends and plans for the future.
