Available office spaces in a perfect location

Nearly a thousand square meters of available office space are waiting for tenants in Atrium Tower, which is one of the most famous and characteristic buildings in the western part of the city centre.

Over 400 sqm of available space on the 2nd floor

Over 500 sqm on the 8th floor

"Having an office in Atrium Tower is a very good and sensible decision, especially now. On the one hand, we can work in a high standard office, in an office building that is well known and managed. On the other hand, we are next door to the most important office skyscrapers in the centre and a 15-minute walk away from Daszyński roundabout, one of the most popular business addresses in Poland," says Joanna Piotrowska, Senior Consultant, Office Agency, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Compared to high-rise towers and large complexes, Atrium Tower is an intimate office building with a relatively small number of tenants. Among them, there are: MDDP Akademia Biznesu, Bank PKO BP, The Office serviced offices, BOIG, AEW, CBP Group, mFinanse, Żabka and X-Press courier delivery services. Joanna Piotrowska, who represents BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, which not only has been managing the property for 7 years, but also has its head office in the 55-metre tall building, emphasizes that those working at Jana Pawła II 25 enumerate convenient and quick access by public transport and bicycles, easy movement around the building and no queues at the elevators among the building's advantages. The owners of desks on upper floors also praise the view of Park Mirowski and the Old Town.

According to the representatives of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, one of the main advantages of Atrium Tower is its location: Jana Pawla II Avenue is an urban destination in the full sense of the word. Diverse and shaped over the past three decades, today it is particularly attractive for people who want not only to work there, but also to have a chance to quickly accomplish their daily business and private affairs. Additionally, the city authorities have announced that Jana Pawla II Avenue is about to undergo a metamorphosis that has been planned for many years. Pedestrian crossings will be added at the Central Railway Station; the width of the roadway will be unified to three lanes; there will be space for wider pavements; trees, bushes and street furniture will appear – all of those offering an opportunity for the avenue to become more friendly and more like a big-city avenue. Additionally, the bicycle road running along the street, right in front of Atrium Tower, which is a part of a long route from Bielany and Żoliborz to the city centre, is to be extended in the direction of Mokotów.

The building belongs to VIG Fund since 2019.
