Belgian Days 2026 Returns with a Bold New Format – Bigger, Smarter, More Connected Than Ever.

The Belgian Business Chamber proudly announces the 28th edition of Belgian Days, the flagship event celebrating Belgian-Polish business relations. Taking place on 18–19 November 2026, this year's edition marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, introducing a completely redesigned format that brings together business leaders, innovators, policymakers and professionals like never before.
For the first time, both days of Belgian Days will transform Browary Warszawskie into a vibrant hub of ideas, networking and collaboration. Throughout the day, participants will be able to join multiple parallel sessions dedicated to the industries driving Belgian-Polish economic cooperation, including real estate, industry, logistics, technology, as well as discussions on people, diversity, cultural differences, and the unique strengths of both the Belgian and Polish business ecosystems.
The programme will feature inspiring keynote speakers, engaging fireside chats and authentic business stories that showcase the people, partnerships and ideas shaping the future of Belgian-Polish relations.
To make every conversation count, every participant will receive access to the dedicated Belgian Days networking app, enabling attendees to connect before, during and after the event. The platform will make it easy to discover fellow participants, schedule meetings, exchange contacts and build valuable business relationships—ensuring that networking continues well beyond the conference halls.

On the evening of 18 November, participants are invited to what has become the BBC's signature networking event of the year – the Belgian Business Mixer. Hosted in one of Warsaw's iconic skyscrapers, the Mixer offers a unique opportunity to connect with business leaders in an informal atmosphere while enjoying authentic Belgian specialties, excellent company and breathtaking panoramic views of the capital.
The celebrations will culminate on 19 November with the prestigious CEO Forum Gala Dinner, held at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium to Poland. Bringing together the leading figures of the Belgian-Polish business community, the Gala will provide an exclusive setting for high-level networking, strategic conversations and the celebration of another successful year of bilateral cooperation.
Following the remarkable success of last year's edition, which welcomed more than 450 participants, Belgian Days 2026 is set to become the largest and most influential edition yet.
