The iconic IT Tower on Avenue Louise is set for a major transformation. Alides and Cityforward (managed by Whitewood), via BMA Brussels (Bouwmeester Maître Architecte), are launching a call for design teams to redevelop the tower's plinth and surrounding spaces - creating a greener, more connected and sustainable gateway to the city.

The project seeks a landscape and urban design that:
- Enhances the site and its surroundings
- Integrates sustainable water management
- Strengthens biodiversity
- Respects the tower's architectural heritage
