We are pleased to announce that our member company, Equilis, in partnership with Acteeum Central Europe, has finalized the sale of the Silwana retail park in Gorzów Wielkopolski. The property has been acquired by BIG Polska, a subsidiary of the international BIG Shopping Center group. Valued at over €40 million, this transaction is one of the most significant in the Polish commercial property market this year.

Developed by Equilis and Acteeum Group, the Silwana retail park will be rebranded as BIG Gorzów, with the grand opening scheduled for August 22, 2024.

Olivier Beguin, CEO of Equilis Europe, highlights that selling an asset before its opening is a major achievement. This sale marks the first for our second fund, Duodev2, since its inception in 2022. BIG Gorzów, the largest retail park in the Lubusz region, will be the first in Poland to receive a BREEAM Excellent certification.
