Matexi Polska has chosen the general contractor for its investment in the Włochy district of Warsaw. 

Matexi Polska has signed a general contract with FineTech Construction for the first stage of the "XYZ Place" residential project at Komitet Obrony Robotników street in Warsaw and handed over the construction site to it.This is Matexi Polska's second project in cooperation with FineTech Construction, following the project on Okrzei Street.

The design of the first stage of the project involves the construction of a multi-family residential building with a different number of storeys (8 and 11) for 144 units of varying usable area, with a 2-level underground car park and 7 commercial units on the ground floor of the building. The building will form the urban frontage of the Komitet Obrony Robotników street. The name "XYZ Place" of the investment emphasises its good neighbourly atmosphere created by several generations, points to the shortening of the distance between residents and their creation of a community of people whose various needs are fulfilled within the boundaries of one common housing estate.

Matexi Polska has scheduled the start of sales of the first phase of the investment for March 2024.
