The Office of the Brussels Region at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium assists all Brussels-based companies in their projects in Poland (export, investment, search for a business partner, etc.).
It also assists the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region in its relations with Polish local authorities (mainly with the Voivodeship of Mazovia). Moreover, it promotes the territory of the Brussels Region as a place for investment dor dynamic Polish companies.
Trade between Wallonia, the southern Region of Belgium, and Poland has been booming since the accession of Poland to the EU. To support this trade, the Polish office of Wallonia Foreign Trade and Investment Agency (AWEX) informs Polish companies about business opportunities in Poland.

The International Mediation Centre constitutes a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, which is available for all entrepreneurs. Mediation offered by our Centre is a way to reconcile the conflicting interests out of court. Through mediation almost all conflicts can be solved. Professional mediation centres give 80% likelihood to the conflicted parties to reach a successful conclusion.
Mediation consumes approx. 10 times cheaper than long drawn out court trials. An average mediation proceeding lasts a maximum of a couple of weeks. The unique feature of the IMC is the opportunity to conduct a mediation proceeding in many languages both on a national and international level. Mission: facilitating entrepreneurs attending business in Poland and the introduction and promotion of the highest standards of non-judicial dispute resolution in the business. Aim: resolving business disputes through mediation, with the participation of independent, professional mediator, the mediation can take place in different languages appropriate for the business.
Flanders Investment and Trade is the economic representation of Flanders abroad, well represented in the major trading nations. In Poland, Flanders Investment and Trade holds offices in Warsaw and Poznań. The leading sectors of the Flemish economy include the chemicals, construction, life sciences and logistics sectors along with the dynamic high-technology sector.
Flanders is also a region of great creativity, with Antwerp as the undisputed fashion capital of Belgium, a booming music and film industry, a range of top designers and a number of world-class companies in the events sector.
The International Group of Chambers of Commerce (IGCC) was established in 2005 to create a united platform of communication for the international business community with the Polish Government.
Each Chamber being a member of IGCC is equally represented on the Board and able to contribute to define the action plans and activities of the organization. The IGCC started in 2005 with four Chambers as founding members – American, British, French and Italian. Today IGCC is a group of 16 Chambers of Commerce representing 22 Countries and over 2000 companies employing hundreds of thousands people, representing the most significant foreign investments in the country.
Each member Chamber holds the Presidency of IGCC for a six-month term. The current Chair is held by the Scandinavian Polish Chamber of Commerce from January until June 2023.
In June 2020, five international chambers of commerce and business in Poland signed a letter of intent for joint dialogue in support of ensuring that Poland's health care system is financed at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) average level and that access to health care services is improved.
As part of the agreement, representatives of the coalition of chambers of commerce and business in Poland intend to undertake activities aimed at preventing the negative health and economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. Among other things, the aim is to avoid deterioration of access to services, which would result in a deterioration of patients' health and quality of life.
