What happens after an M&A transaction? How to maintain and multiply the value of the acquired business? How to avoid disputes? And when they cannot be avoided, how to come out unscathed? The perspective of an investor, psychologist, legal advisor, and arbitrator.

We invite you to a meeting addressed to shareholders and members of company management boards, business owners, managers, in-house lawyers, and persons involved in M&A transactions.

Based on their practical experience from dozens of court and arbitration proceedings, experts from SK&S will discuss the areas that most often lead to controversy and suggest what mistakes to avoid, both when drafting contracts and at the dispute stage. Andrzej Szlęzak, PhD, of counsel at SK&S, will present the perspective of an arbitrator, while Jakub Urbanowicz, partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, will focus on the perspective of a legal advisor.Guest speaker Przemysław Schmidt will highlight the practical aspects of post-merger integration related to, among other things, group psychology.
