The first of April, we had the privilege of organizing the inaugural meeting of the BBC CEO Circle - a new, prestigious initative of the Belgian Business Chamber (BBC), designed to bring together senior executives of BBCMembers for focused and strategic dialogue.

Held at the Embassy of Belgium to Poland and Lithuania in Warsaw, the meeting gathered a select group of business leaders to engage in an open exchange with Mr Paweł Jaroszek, Member of the Management Board of Social Insurance Institution. Joining him today are Mr Szymon Kasprowski , Director of the Department for the Supervision of Contribution Payers and Mr Andrzej Szybkie, Director of the Department of Benefits and International Insurance at ZUS Headquarters who is responsible for finance and contribution systems.

His keynote provided valuable, expert insight into the functioning, stability and future direction of the Polish social security system, setting the stage for a substantive and highly relevant discussion with participants.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr Paweł Jaroszek Board Member of Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych (ZUS) for his openness and willingness to engage in a direct and meaningful dialogue with the business community. And our BBC members for their great questions and participation.

Our special appreciation also goes to Mr Mattias Creffier, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Poland, who has honoured us with his presence at today’s meeting and the Embassy team for their kind hospitality and for hosting us.

The quality of the discussion confirmed the importance of creating dedicated spaces where business leaders and public institutions can exchange perspectives in a focused and trust-based environment.
