The Belgian labour market is currently facing a high number of workers on long-term sick leave. To address this issue, the Belgian authorities have introduced a series of measures that came into force on 1 January 2026 New obligations for employers and workers, stricter timelines, financial consequences and a stronger focus on reintegration: all of this will be explained in practical terms in this webinar.
